What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Merrily Designs accepts PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards. In some cases payment is possible upon pickup.
How Long Will it Take for My Order to Arrive?
Ready to ship orders will be shipped within 3 business days, sometimes sooner. If you need an item sent quickly to make a deadline, please let us know and we’ll try our hardest to work something out.

Do You Offer Discounts on Bulk Orders?

Can I Pick Up My Order?
Free Local Pickup is available with an appointment.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, Merrily Designs ships worldwide with Canada Post.
Will I Be Charged a Customs Fee?
Tax or custom fees may be charged when your package arrives in your country. All tax and custom fees are the buyer's responsibility. For more information about customs fees, please read the Etsy FAQs.
What is your Return Policy?
If there is a problem with your order or you aren't satisfied for any reason please let me know. I want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Can I Make Changes to a Design?
Yes, changes can be made to custom designs. Changes can be made to colour, text, design elements etc. For questions regarding possible changes, please contact us.
Will I Get A Proof Before My Design Is Printed?
Yes, always! Digital proofs are available within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
What is the minimum order?
A minimum order of 15 invitations is required for custom designs.
Do you Sell Digital Files of invitations that I can Print at Home?
Yes! Digital files are available for purchase upon request and range in price from $25.00 - $75.00 CDN.
What is Your Turn Around Time for Custom Designs?
Custom design proofs take approximately 1-2 business days, and printing takes approximately 3-5 business days from proof approval AND/OR purchase.
For custom designs please contact us to confirm that a design can be completed within your timeframe. For most requests, rush orders are possible.
Can I Schedule a Wedding Invitation Consultation?

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place My Order?
Generally I recommend 3-4 months, but rush orders are always possible. For custom designs contact us to confirm that a design can be completed within your timeframe. For most requests, rush orders are possible.
What Are Your Business Hours?
Merrily Designs ships packages and return emails from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of these hours, I will get back to you as soon as I am back in the studio.
Do You Have a Store Front?
No, perhaps one day. For now I have a studio with local consultation by appointment!
